单独给大鼠氯化汞(10.9mg/kg.d×3)投药3天内全部死亡,但预先投以钼酸钠(100mg/kg。d×3)后再给同剂量氯化汞的动物全部存活,后者脑、肾、肝中汞含量比单独给氯化汞的动物减少,而肾、肝中钼含量增加,尿汞日均排出量增加,尿钼日均排出量及脑中钼含量不增加,肝、肾、血清中脂质过氧化物含量钼汞组比汞组明显降低,上述结果表明钼对汞的毒性有保护作用。
Molybdenum may exert effect on the toxicity of mercury chloride. After giving mercury chloride (10.9mg/kg. d×3) alone for three days, all rats died within three days. However, if sodium molybdate (100mg/kg.d×3) was given in advance, rats administered with same dose of mercury chloride all kept alive after three days, In animals of latter group, the mercury level in the brain, kidney and liver lowered, whereas molybdenum level in brain was not high,and more mercury was discharged in urine. The level of lipid peroxide of molybdenum-mercury group was lower than that of mercury group. The result shows that molybdenum might have a potential protective effect on the toxicity of mercury.
