摘要 本文用酶联免疫吸附试验、单向免疫扩散等方法检测了氟暴露工人血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R),α肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)和免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG。结果显示工人血清TNFα含量与氟暴露工龄有关,表现为短期氟暴露工人TNFα增加,而长期氟暴露工人TNFα降低。SIL-2R及IgA、IgM、IgG含量则两者之间无明显差异。提示氟对暴露工人免疫功能的影响呈双向性。 The contents of serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL-2R),tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα)and IgA, IgM,IgG were measured by ELISA or radio-immunodiffusion technique in fluoride ex posed workers. The results showed that level of serum TNFα was significantly increased in group A and apparently decreased in group B. There were no differences in contents of SIL-2R and IgA,IgM, IgG among three groups. It is suggested that the influence of fluoride on immune function could possess two-way action.
