摘要
实验组兔胫骨干骨折经钢板螺钉内固定后,再用0.5Hz功率诱发骨折段细微运动,观察结果显示:骨折肢体血流量、骨痂生长均较对照组丰富,骨折愈合快.血清及骨蛋白提取液中AKP、β_2m、GH定量均较对照组有意义的升高(P<0.01;<0.05)
The tibial shaft fractures were fixed with plate-screws and then bring out micromovent on fracture segment by stimulator in animal experiment. The results showed that the blood flowing,callus growing,and alkaline phosphatase、β2-microglobulin、growth hormone in serum and bone assay were more rich in experimental group than that in control group(P>0. 01; <0. 05). The bone healing was faster with greater rigidity and bone strength.
