摘要
本文采用D2灯扣除背景、管壁原子化、热解涂层石墨管和积分吸收信号,研究了以酒石酸、抗坏血酸和柠檬酸等有机基体改进剂消除海水基体对测定Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Mn、Mo、Ni和Pb等元素干扰的效果,探讨了有机基体改进剂的作用机理,分析测定了海水样品中的痕量元素。
In this work, D, background correction, tube wall atomization, pyrolytic--coated graphite tube and integrated absorbance were used to study the effects of organic matrix modifiers such as tartaric acid, ascorbic acid and citric acid on the elimination of seawater matrix interferences for Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni and Ph. The mechanisms of their eliminating effects are discussed in detail. A number of seawater samples were analysed directly with the organic matrix modifiers, and the results are satisfactory.
