摘要
热塑型聚氨酯弹性体(TPUE)的动态力学性能和热性能研究已有许多报导,但多集中于弹性体的链结构及其组成等方面,本文则侧重于研究聚醚氨酯(ET)和聚酯氨酯的相分离过程及其程度,考察硬段含量(W_h)和软段分子量(M_(n·3)等因素对微相结构的影响。
The degree of phase separation of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPUE) hasbeen studied by means of DMA and DSC measurements. The influence of hard segmentcontent, molecular peight of soft segment on the degree of phase separetion of TPUE andthe dependence of |△E′/△ T|,△α_(s,1/2)in theα(_s,1/2)transition range on W_h have also beeninvestigeted.Tt is found that there exist a lincar relation between |△E′/△ T|,△α_(s,1/2),1/tanδ,△C_(p2)/△C_(p1)and W_h.
