摘要
用悬浮态气-固反应动力学试验装置模拟工业分解炉,进行了物料种类、温度、气氛中CO_2含量、颗粒粒径和配合料(SiO_2,Al_2O_3)等因素对石灰石、生料粉的分解特性影响的试验研究。提出了悬浮态下碳酸钙分解反应受晶核形成与生长控制;反应末期存在准终态和终态的分解率;物料分解区应综合指标(即易分解性指数)等新概念。并对动力学参数用于分解炉设计和操作进行了有益的探讨。
Influence of material kinds,reaction temperature,CO_2 content in reaction gas,particle size,andadditions(SiO_2, Al_2O_3,)etc on the decomposition properties of lime stones and cement raw meals in the gas-solid suspension kinetic reactor as simulated procalciner were studied.Som new conceptions, sush as, thatthe decomposition reaction of lime stone in suspension state is controlled by the crystals forming and grow-ing;the existence of “pseudo final state”and final degree of decomposition when the reaction approaches tofinish;the overall indication of material decomposition reaction(viz the index of decomposability)etc are pro-posed.The kinetic parameters used in design and operation of precalciner are also studied.
