摘要
用等离子喷雾热解工艺制备ZrO_2超细粉末。以氯氧化锆为原料,配制成水溶液,用双流体雾化器将其喷成雾状并由压缩空气载带入由30kw,4MHz的RF电源产生的等离子体尾焰中。所得粉末按粒度可分为两级。平均比表面积约为20m ̄2/g。粉末具有足够高的化学纯度,其氯含量低于30×10 ̄(-6)。
Ultrafine ZrO_2 powder was prepared by the process of spray-ICP(inductively coupled plasma)from an aqueous solution of zirconyl chloride(ZC).The plasma was generated by a RF power with capacity of 30kW and frequency of 4 MHz,The particles obtained can be divided into two kinds according to their size.The specific surface area is more than 20 m ̄2/g. The chemical composition of the powder can be easily controlled to keep the content of Cl ̄- below 30×10 ̄(-6).
