摘要
研究了在聚乙稀醇和阿拉伯胶混合表面活性剂存在下,铌钼杂多酸与结晶紫形成的缔合物,直接在水相中光度法测定铌.所拟定的方法线性范围0~10μgNb/25mL,ε为3.7×105L·mol(-1)·cm(-1).大多数离子不干扰测定,是目前水相中光度法测定铌的高灵敏和选择性、重现性好,线性范围宽的方法,经标样或试样分析验证方法,可用于岩矿和合金钢中铌的测定。
On the condition of the presence of the intermix of the surface active agent with the polythylene glycol and the arabic gum, the associated complex formed by the heteropoly niobic molybdic acid associated with crystal violet is studied, then the content of niobium can be determined by using the optical densitometric method in the aqueous phase. The linear range of the method is 0 ̄10μg Nb/25 mL.εis 3.7×105L·mol(-1)·cm(-1).Most ions do not disturb the determination, The method has high sensibility, selectivity,repeatability and the wide linear range. According to the standart samples alysis and the sample analysis, it is proved that the method can detect the content of niobiuim in mineral and rock as well as steel alloy.
