摘要
对ICr18Ni9Ti进行了电解抛光和不织布复合加工实验,并利用正交设计方法中的极差分析法,对实验数据进行了分析,获得了最佳工艺参数.实验表明,这种加工方法可使不锈钢加工表面达到理想的粗糙度或镜面.
By means of the normal experiment,the optimum technologicalparameters are probed in electrolysing and abrading lCr18Ni9Ti which is difficultto process.The surface roughness of the workpiece can be reduced by threegrades within a few minutes.
