摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、苯乙烯(St)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基,二甲基,丁基溴化铵盐(简称MBDM,(CH_2=CCH_3-COOCH_2CH_2-N(CH_3)_2-N(CH_3)_2-nC_4H_9)^+Br^-)为共聚单体,N-甲基-N-十六烷基吗啉硫酸甲酯盐作乳化剂进行自由基型乳液聚合,研究了影响聚合速度、共聚物[η]和乳液稳定性的因素,合成了一系列稳定的阳离子共聚物乳液。所得乳液经稀释后对不同织物进行处理,处理后的织物具有良好的抗静电性和耐水洗性。
Using butyl acrylate (BA) . styrene (St) . and methacrylethoxy-ethyl. dimethyl. butyl-mnmomum bromide MBDM for short,(CH2 = CCH3- COOCH2CH2-N(CH3)2-n-C4 H9)+ Br- as comonomer , sulfate salt of N-methyl-N-hexadecyl-morpholine as emulsifier , free radical emulsion polymerization was carried out to study the factors effecting polymerization velocity , stability of the copolymers and that of the emulsion , a series of stabilized cationic copolymer latices has been synthesized . The latices obtained has been diluted and used for treating various fabrics , and the treated fabrics show good antistatic and water-proofing properties.
