摘要
研究了木质素高填充丁苯橡胶热处理后的结构与性能。结果表明:当木质素用量为100份(质量)时,热处理后的硫化胶的拉伸强度接近20MPa,扯断永久变形为20%,硬度(邵尔A型)为78度,综合性能比未处理者好。热处理改善了木质素在SBR中的分散与结合,并使体系硫化活化能上升,硫化反应速率常数下降,硫化胶交联密度增加,Tg升高,损耗因子tanδ增大近一个数量级。
The method ofloading a large amount of modi fied lignin in SBR was studied. When the loading amount of lignin was 100 Phr, the lignin loaded SBR after heat treatment had higher tensile strength (20MPa), lower permanent set (20%)and Shore hardness (78A).The heat treatment improved the dispersion and interaction of ligninin SBR, increased the crosslinking density, Tg,loss factor tan δ and the active energy of curing reaction. The results were proved by TEM, dynamic property, stress-strain experiment and the calculation of curing kinetics.
