在概述了河北省黑龙港地区自然地理特征的基础上，论述了干旱、雨涝、冰雹等６种主要的气象灾害。最后提出了灾害防御策略。

Based on the generalization of the physical geography characteristics in Heilonggang area,Hebei Province,this paper discusses six main meteorological disasters such as drought,waterlogging and hail. In the last section, the strategy of the disaster reduction is put forword.
