摘要
利用近红外分析技术检测物质成份含量,具有速度快、精度高、非接触测量等特点。由于水分子对1.94μm红外辐射有明显吸收,而对1.81μm红外辐射几乎不吸收,利用该特性研制了一种检测烟丝中含水量的仪器。该技术将光谱分析方法同计算机处理功能结合,测量精度达到1%。
Detection of moisture content in tobacco with near IR technique is characterized by its quickness and high accuracy. Moisture shows a very strong IR absorptanee for 1.94μm radiation,but a very weak absorptance for 1.81 μm radiahon. Based on this property, a moisture content measrmt device has developed. It consists of a spectral analyzer and a data acquisition system.The measurement deviation is about 1%.
