摘要
采用三维有限元法分析天然牙-末端种植牙固定桥的受载情况,结果发现天然基牙的位移变化比骨性结合的种植基牙大;末端种植基牙的位移变化较特殊;基牙颈部为应力集中区,斜向加载时应力较大;虽然应力在各个基牙上分布不均匀,但是基牙间比较,其应力值范围较为接近,天然牙-末端种植牙固定桥设计为临床可采用的特殊固定桥。
Abstract A loading analysis of the fixed bridgework with teeth and terminal fixture abutment was performed by means of three-dimensional finite element.The results show that teeth abutments have greater deviation of displacement than osseointegrated implants do.The displacement of terminal fixture abutment demonstrates somewhat of perticular patterns,the stress concentrations appear around the neck of abutments especially under Oblique load, and the stress ranges beared on different abutments are quite alike,although stress distributions are uneven on different parts of each abutment.As the conclussion,the fixed bridgework supported by the combination of teeth and terminal fixture abutment should be a special design accepted in clinical practice.
