摘要
采用直流电弧等离子体加热蒸发金属的方法,制备出Al超微粉。实验结果表明,在一定压力的Ar+H2混和气氛中制备的Al超微粉产率及粒径分布皆因电弧电流和电弧电压的变化而不同。最后就电弧电流和电压等电参量对Al超微粉形成的影响进行了分析和讨论。
Metal was heated and evaporated by DC arc plasma to prepare ultrafine Al powders.Ex-perimental results show that the production rate and size distribution of ultrafine Al powdersprepared in the mixed gas of Ar+H2 with constant total pressure in the chamber are influ-enced not only by arc current but also by arc voltage,The effects of these factors on the for-mation of ultrafine Al powders are discussed.
