摘要
选择TiO_2粉末催化剂,考察了在中压汞灯作用下,苯酚光催化氧化途径及产物分布。对反应过程中的羟基物、羧酸及二氧化碳3个反应阶段的产物进行了详细的全组份分析.对其中8种主要产物追踪其浓度的变化.尤其对目前人们尚未确定的中间极性物,进行了很好的分离测定.实验中最终CO_2的生成量达63.0%,此时碳的物料平衡达94.4%.邻苯二酚、反丁烯二酸或甲酸、二氧化碳可分别作为3个阶段的代表产物,用以判断氧化反应的进程.考察了气相氧浓度变化时,产物分布规律.深入的产物分析为揭示反应机理提供了更多有用的信息.部分氧化及完全氧化的比例可作为判断氧化反应进程及评价催化剂的重要依据.
The photocatalytic oxidation of phenol in TiO_2 particle suspensions has been studied in atest reactor illuminated with a 5000 W medium pressure mercury lamp.Eight main productshave been identified by HPLC, IC,TOC and GC /MS.The results indicated that there arethree stages of reaction from the viewpoint of products distribution, there are hydroxyla-tion,carboxylation and mineralization,The oxidation process could be explained nd justifiedby means of coricentration variation of main products like pyrocatechol,fumaric acid andCO_2 and the carbon mass balance achieved 94.4%,The effects of CO_2 concentration in gas phase on the phenol decomposition and products distribution have been investigation.
