摘要
研究了三价态稀土元素铕(Eu ̄(3+))对蚕豆根尖细胞的遗传毒性.结果表明,Eu ̄(3+)能诱发蚕豆根尖细胞产生微核、染色体桥和染色体粘连等遗传损伤.有关实验数据统计结果还显示微核和染色体桥等遗传损伤指标之间以及它们与Eu ̄(3+)处理浓度之间均存在显著的相关关系。上述结果提示Eu ̄(3+)对蚕豆根尖细胞有遗传毒性而且其毒害程度与处理浓度之间存在良好的剂量-效应关系.此外,还发现维生素E减轻了Eu ̄(3+)遗传毒性.
Genetic toxicity of the three-valence europium (Eu ̄(3 +))in root tip cells of Vicia faba was studied.The results showed that the micronucleus chromosomal bridge and chromosomalstickiness can be introduced by Eu ̄(3+). There are significant correlations between concentra-tion of Eu ̄(3+)and genetic damage items mentioned above respectively. It also showed thatthere are significant correlations among micronucleus,chromosomal bridge and chromosomalaberration,All the results suggested that Eu ̄(3+)has genetic toxicity with concentration-de-pendently relationship to root tip cells of Victa faba.Moreover,vitamin E alleviated geneticdamage induced by Eu ̄(3+).
