摘要
考察结果及生产数据证明,采用富氧浸出工艺后,加快了金溶解速度,可使浸出设备的处理能力由原来的300t提高到643t,达到了扩大处理能力的目的。采用富氧浸出工艺运行2个月,氰渣品位创建矿以来的最好水平,在扩大了处理能力的同时提高了金的浸出率,还由于缩短了没出时间,使氰化钠单耗由原来的2.50kg/t下降到2.23kg,每吨矿石节约氰化钠0.27kg。
It was proved from investigation and prodution data that the velocity of gold dissolution was increased by applying oxygen-rich leaching in Dong-Ping Gold Mine. This enable the treatment capacity of leaching installation to raise from 300t/d to 643t/d. While expanding treatment capacity, the gold leaching rate was improved by using this process within two months. Besides, the unit consumption of sodium cyanide decrease from 2. 50kg to 2. 23kg due to leaching time Shortened.
