摘要 我们应用改进后的双胎素新配方,在豫西地区对152头秦川母牛进行试验,使152头母半的情期双卵发育率达到76.5%,双卵排放率达到69.7%,双胎妊娠率达到57.63%,活产双胎率达到40.68%.试验证明,黄牛双胎素的研究已经达到了可以进行推广应用的阶段. Using a new formulation of cattle-twinning-Hormones-complex,wecarried on an experiment on 152 Qinchuan cows in western part of Henan province. Thedouble-follicle development rate of the 152 cows in each estrous cycle was raised to 76.5%,doubleovulation rate to 69.7%,biparous pregnancy rate to 57.63%,twin-born to40.68%.The experiment had shown that the studies on cattle-twinning-Hormonescomplex have reached the stage of popularization and application.
