介绍了搓板纱的特征和对成品质量造成的危害性。围绕如何预防和控制搓板纱这个主题,借助于仪器检测等方法,对产生的原因进行了比较全面的分析,并将产生的原因归纳、划分为2个部分。在结合公司以前调整的经验和方法后,通过对针布侧磨技术的消化吸收和应用及日常管理工作的强化,分别对上述产生原因提出了自己的解决思路、拿出了相应的解决措施,并最终有效的保证了纺纱质量,创造了较好的生产效益。
This article introduces the feature of rubbing apron yarn and its disadvantage in the finished products. It offers a general analysis on its reasons produced in the spinning process with the aids of instrument test methods. And it is summarized and divided into two parts. By combining our corporation's former experience and methods in adjustment, we respectively put forward our own concepts of solution and adopt the corresponding measures, which aim to strengthen the daily management and work for the application and absorption of the side grinding technology of the clothing. Thus the spinning quality is effectively guaranteed and better profits are produced.
