摘要
本文介绍了提高混凝土抗海水腐蚀能力的技术措施,通过对这些技术措施的分析比较和试验研究,采用低水胶比、掺加大掺量矿渣微粉以及高效减水剂,研制出了大掺量矿渣微粉抗海水腐蚀混凝土。在海水环境下,其氯离子渗透深度只有普通混凝土的25%,其抗氯离子侵蚀能力至少为普通混凝土的3~4倍。文中简介了大掺量矿渣微粉抗海水腐蚀混凝土在一些工程中的应用情况。通过试验研究和工程应用,提出了大掺量矿渣微粉抗海水腐蚀混凝土设计和施工的原则。
A new kind of seawater corrosion resistant concrete was developed. The concrete was mixed with large amount of slag powder and the water to gel ratio of the concrete was reduced to very low by means of high efficient water-reduce additive. Experimental study shows the corrosion resistance of this kind of concrete is about 3-4 times of the ordinary concrete since the osmosis ability of chloride ions in this concrete was greatly reduced. The principles for design and construction of this concrete are proposed.
