摘要
为提高气吸式播种机的吸种性能,在激振的条件下使种子在种子盘内产生抛掷运动.在种子盘振动近似为单频的情况下,从理论上分析了使种子产生向上抛掷运动的条件,种子颗粒所获得的惯性力在垂直于槽底方向上的分力应大于种子颗粒的重力在垂直于种子盘方向的分力(通过调整气动振动器的压力来实现).并用试验对理论分析的条件进行验证.结果表明:要使种子产生抛掷运动必须使抛掷指数D≥1,一般取为1.4~3.3;同时激振基频有一下限值;只有在激振频率和振幅匹配良好的振动情况下,才能使吸种件对被抛起种子形成良好的吸种、固种能力.
In order to improve seed-sucking performance of air-sucking seeder, seeds should do slung-up movement on the pan on the condition of excitation. With vibration of the pan approximately being single frequency,the conditions that make the seeds sling up were analyzed, i. e. , the component force in perpendicular to slot base of inertial force of seeds should exceed the one of gravity in the perpendicular direction to seed disk (It can be carried out through the adjustment of pressure valve). The theoretical condition has been validated through experimentation. The results show that to make the seed to do sling movement, the index D of sling must be larger than 1 and usually its range is from 1.4 to 3.3. The radical frequency of stimulating vibration has a lower limit. Only on the condition of favorable matching of frequency and amplitude of the vibration, can sucking-seed part develop the favorable sucking-seed and pegging-seed ability for seeds slung up.
