日本龟蜡蚧肠道细菌分离及鉴定研究

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF BACTERIA FROM GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT OF CEROPLASTES JAPONICUS GREEN

从采集日本龟蜡蚧雌成虫肠道环境中分离纯化获得5个细菌菌株,对其培养性状、菌体形态、染色反应、生理生化性状进行了系统研究。结果表明,上述5个细菌菌株分别属于明串球菌属(Leuconostoc)、纤维单胞菌属(Cellulomonas)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、微球菌属(Micrococcus)、短状杆菌属(Brachybacterium)。

Female adult of Ceroplastes japonicus Green was collectod. After surface disinfecting, five kinds of bacteria were isolosted from the gastrointestinal tract of Tortoise wax scale. The growing characteristics and the appearance of bacteria were analyzed and identified. The bacteria belongs to Leuconostoc and Cellulomonas, Bacillus,Micrococcus, Brachybacterium.
