摘要 从理论上分析了矿井提升机产生下坠现象的原因及危害。以电枢换向的V-M可逆直流拖动系统为例,研究其控制原理和数学模型,通过MATLAB软件仿真,得出影响提升机下坠的因素和参数。为克服和解决下坠现象,提出了相应对策,即采用基于复合控制原理的控制方案,具体有两种方法:增加前馈给定环节和增加静力矩予置环节。计算机仿真结果表明:此方案可大大减轻乃至消除提升机下坠现象。即使称重不准确,产生的下坠现象也比较轻微。 The mine hoist's lift cage sometimes produces sudden falling while lifting weight. The phenomenon's origin and harm was theoretically analyzed. Taking V-M DC motor driving system with armature's commutation for an instance, its control theory and mathematics model were studied, then factors and parameters affecting lift cage's falling were got by software simulation with MATLAB. In order to overcome the sudden falling phenomenon, some countermeasures were put forward. That is, a control scheme based on compound control theory was adopted. The specific two methods included increasing feedforward setting loop and static torque setting loop. The result of computer simulation shows that this scheme will greatly lessen and even eliminate lift cage's sudden falling phenomenon. Even if the load weight is not checked very accurately, it will only cause lighter falling.
