单次小剂量米非司酮用于紧急避孕的疗效观察

Single and Small dose of mifepristone for Emergency contraception of curative effect observe

目的:比较米非司酮单次和两次用于紧急避孕的有效性,副反应及可接受性。方法:征集无保护性交或避孕失败后72小时内来我院就诊的健康妇女220例。采取双盲随机比较试样方法。分为Ⅰ组(n=112)和Ⅱ组(n=108)予以治疗。Ⅰ组单次服用米非司酮1片(10mg)。Ⅱ组第一次服用米非司酮一片,12小时后再服一片,总量为20mg。服药后按时随访,了解避孕效果、副反应、下次月经情况。结果:两组各发生1例妊娠,失败率分别为0.89%和0.93%,避孕有效率分别为91.09%和91.12%,P>0.05,无统计学差异。各种副反应发生率较低,均在10%以内。月经趋于正常者分别为90%和87%,P>0.05。结论:单次小剂量米非司酮10mg用于紧急避孕同样是安全有效的。

Objective： To compare the efficacy, side effects and acceptobility of mifepristone only 10mg or double 10mg for emergency contraception. Methods： 220heahh women, who were after 72 hours of unprotected intercourse coming to my hospital. We used a double - blind randomized. They were all ocated to either groupl or 2 for treatrnented one group consists of 162 women anther group consists of 108 women. In group 1 mifepristone 10rag （1 tablet） was taken. In group 2 mifepristone 10rag was taken, After 12 hour mifepristone 10mg was taken again. Follow- up visit was performed on the 7 th day of next expected period of menstruation in order to evaluate the contraceptive efficacy side effects of mifepristone and the changes of menstruation. Result： In either group on women was pregnant and the failure rate of contraception by mifepristone was 0.89% and 0.93% in group 1 and 2, contraceptive rate was 91.09% in group 1 and 91.12% in group 2. There was no statiscical difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）, The side effects were mild, its insidence was less than 10% in eath group. Normal menstraction was 90% and 87% in group 1 and 2, P〉0.05. Conclusion： It is equally effective and safe to once use little dose and of mifepristone 10rag in emergency contraception.
