摘要
目的:牙种植体现已广泛的应用于临床,但前牙种植修复不仅要恢复功能,且需要兼顾其美学效果。目前因种植体颈部为钛金属,至使修复体的牙龈产生阴影或显灰色,影响了其美学效应。CDIC钛金属氧化锆陶瓷颈圈牙种植体是满足患者美学需求的新设计。方法:本研究采用有限元分析陶瓷颈圈牙种植体的结构强度,通过动物实验对陶瓷颈圈的生物相容性做了初步探讨。结果:以氧化锆陶瓷作为种植体颈圈,具有良好的力学性能和生物相容性,该设计具有安全性和可行性。
Objective:Dental implants had been used widely in clinics. Absent teeth ( incisor teeth especially) need not only the function resumed but also aesthetics got back. The color of gingival on the labial surface is showed grayness because of the metal titanium, which destroys the aesthetic feeling. The aesthetic needs of patients are satisfied with the design of CI)IC dental implant with ceramic cervix. In this paper, we discuss the mechanics and biocompatibility of ziwonia neck. Method:finite element analysis and mlimal experiment were used to evaluate the mechanics and tissue safety of the dental implant with ceramic neck. Result:the dental implant with zirconia neck has good mechanics and biocompatibility. This design of dental implant with ceramic neck has safety and feasibility.
