摘要
高校餐饮服务工作的社会化改革已经取得突破性的进展,但也面临着很多新的矛盾。要解决这些矛盾,出路在于:坚持为高校师生和教学科研服务的宗旨,努力兼顾社会和经济两种效益;深化高校餐饮实体内部的改革;进一步提高餐饮员工整体素质,提高餐饮服务工作的质量;加强高校餐饮环境建设。
The socialization of the catering service work in colleges and universities has made rapid progress and is faced with a lot of new contradictions as well. In order to solve these contradictions, it is necessary to stick to the principles of serving teachers, students, teaching and research so as to care for both social and economic benifits, and it is also imperative to deepen the interior reform of the catering work to enhance the quality of workers and the service work and to strengthen the building of catenng environment.
