摘要
文章首先简要地介绍了美国的法学教育状况,并对中国法学教育现状进行简单反思,进而提出美国模式对中国正在进行的高校法学教育改革具有重要借鉴意义。最后,作者试图从法学教育的目标和实现的路径两个方面阐述如何对美国法学教育进行借鉴。
The author introduces the U.S. legal education and reflects in summary the current state of Chinese legal education, concluding that the reform of legal education in China can learn a lot from American mode. Finally, the paper draws lessons from educating target and route of U.S. experiences for the further development of China legal education.
