摘要
磁流化床烟气脱硫是一项全新的脱硫技术。该文通过实验验证了在一定磁场强度下,其脱硫效率比普通喷雾干燥脱硫有大幅度提高。为分析磁流化床强化烟气脱硫的机理,文中对脱硫产物进行了比表面积分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析和X射线衍射分析。结果表明磁场增大了脱硫产物的比表面积,加强了铁元素的催化氧化作用,从而明显提高了脱硫效率。
Flue gas desulphurization in magnetically fluidized bed is a new technology in control of air pollution. In this paper, it is testified that the desulphurization efficiency in magnetically fluidized bed, under certain range of magnetic field intensity, is higher obviously than that in common spray dry absorption. In order to study the mechanism of enhancement of flue gas desulphurization in magnetically fluidized bed, some experiments of analyzing desulphurization products, such as analysis of specific surface area, measurement of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffractometer on products, are carried out. The experimental results show that magnetic fields enlarge the product' specific surface area, and strengthen the effects of catalytic oxidation of iron element. Consequently, the efficiency of desulphurization in magnetically fluidized bed is improved significantly.
