医患沟通作为减少医疗纠纷的有效途径显得越来越重要,针对医疗纠纷的成因进行了分析,阐述了沟通中需要遵循的原则,并对如何提高沟通质量提出了建议。
The communication between doctors and patients becomes increasingly important as a channel to reduce medical dissension. Analyzing the reason for medical dissension, expatiating the principle in. the communication and putting forward to the suggestions how to improve the quality of communication.
