①目的探讨培养医学生临床实践能力的途径和方法。②方法以五年制医学生为对象,在临床实践过程中,多途径、多方式地采取具体手段来培养医学生的临床实践能力,有针对性地采取改进措施。③结果提出了培养五年制医学生临床实践能力的意义、内涵、途径和方法等,为临床教学服务。④结论上述措施对提高五年制医学生临床实践能力发挥了重要作用。

Objective To investigate approaches and methods of training the practical abilities of medical students.Methods Different approaches and methods were taken in the clinical training of medical students of five-year system and improvement was made. Results The significance and contents of clinical practice and methods for training the clinical competence of the students were raised for clinical teaching purposes. Conclusion The application of the measures mentioned above has played a very important role in the training of practical competence of the medical students.
