摘要
选取红花木莲(Manglietiainsignis)、醉香含笑(Micheliamacclurei)、金叶含笑(Micheliafoveolata)、桂南木莲(Manglietiachingii)、云山青冈(Cyclobalanopsissessilifolia)和多脉青冈(Cylobalanopsismultinervis)等6种常绿阔叶树木的幼苗,对其叶片含水量、比叶重、光合色素、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖等生理指标进行了测试分析。结果表明,相对100%光强而言,遮荫处理后叶片的含水量显著上升,比叶重显著下降。不同光强处理对光合色素的影响十分明显,表现为叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量下降,Chla/Chlb变化趋势因树种而异。遮荫后叶片可溶性蛋白含量的影响在不同树种中表现不同,可溶性糖含量随光强的减弱而呈递减趋势。多脉青冈的幼苗较适合在强光下生长,而金叶含笑的幼苗较适合在荫蔽条件下生长。
Water content of leaf, special leaf weight, photosynthetic pigment content, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of evergreen broad -leaved trees, one year old, of 6 species ( Manglietia insignis, Michelia rnacclurei, Manglietia chingii, Michelia foveolata, Cyclobalanopsis sessili folia, Cylobalanopsis rnultinervis ) were studied. Compared to those under 100% of sunlight, the p!ants which were treated by shading showed that water content of leaf was increased and special leaf weight was decreased remarkably. The effects of treatments with different light - intensity were significant with the performance of the decreases of contents of chlorophyll and carotene. The change of Chla/Chlb was different according to the species. The effects of shade on the content of soluble protein of leaves varied among the species ; and with the decrease of light -intensity, the contents of soluble sugar were decreased. The results indicated that the seedlings of Cylobalanopsis multinervis were adapted to grow in high light -intensity hut Michelia foveolata preferred the medium of shade.
