二极管箝位型三电平逆变器控制系统研究 被引量:99

摘要 该文对二极管箝位型三电平逆变器的控制系统进行研究。为了对输出电压的波形进行控制,该文建立了三电平逆变器的数学模型,使用输出电压瞬时值控制系统来获得高质量的输出电压波形。中点平衡问题是三电平逆变器的一个固有问题,该文对此进行了深入探讨,并提出了一种基于各相桥臂输出电流方向和中点波动方向检测的中点平衡控制方法。实验结果验证了控制方案的正确性和可行性。 The paper mainly focuses on the control system of diode-clamped three-level inverter. To control the output waveform, the mathematic model of three-level inverter is set up. The output voltage instantaneous value control system is employed to obtain high quality output wave form. Neutral-point balancing problem is an inherent problem in three-level inverter. A detailed discussion of neutral-point balancing problem is presented. And then, a neutral-point balancing control method, which is based on the detection of each phase leg current's and neutral point ripple's direction, is proposed in this paper. The experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed control scheme.
