镁合金微弧氧化黄色陶瓷膜的制备和结构研究 被引量:24

摘要 用微弧氧化方法在AZ91D镁合金基体上获得黄色的氧化膜陶瓷层,分别研究了电解液的成分和添加剂对氧化膜的影响规律。结果表明:样品在Na2SiO3为主盐溶液中加入KMnO4的电解液体系进行微弧氧化反应,可以得到颜色均匀、致密性较好的黄色氧化膜陶瓷层;添加柠檬酸钠能降低起弧电压和弧光的强度,减缓反应速度,并且防止孔蚀形成,从而使形成的氧化膜陶瓷层更加致密。 Based on the electrolyte with the basic component Na2SiO3, even and compact yellow ceramic coating was obtained by micro-arc oxidation on the substrate of AZ91D magnesium alloys. The influences of components of electrolytic solution and additive on the film were investigated. Additives can improve the properties of the film, for instance, arc intensify and reaction speed can be reduced by adding to Na3C6H5O7。
