盐酸吡格列酮治疗2型糖尿病伴高脂血症的疗效观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察盐酸吡格列酮对2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者血脂代谢的影响。方法将78例2型糖尿病伴高脂血症的患者分为两组,Ⅰ组38例,Ⅱ组40例。两组均采用饮食控制、适度运动及磺脲类和/或双胍类降血糖治疗,Ⅰ组另加盐酸吡格列酮,疗程6个月。结果在血糖控制满意的情况下,Ⅰ组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),而Ⅱ组治疗前后TC、TG、HDL变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论盐酸吡格列酮可改善2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者的血脂代谢紊乱。
