摘要
针对制造执行系统应用开发的复杂性,提出了基于服务的制造执行系统的信息集成架构。该架构提供不同粒度的Web服务组件,实现制造执行系统内部信息的高度集成,以及同上层的ERP/MRPII系统和下层控制层信息的集成。同时运用该架构对一个实例进行分析和实现。
For the complexity of constructing Manufacturing Execution Systems （MES）, Service-oriented architecture （SOA） is introduced.The arehitecture is grounded on components of Web services, which not only realized the information integration in manufacturing execution systems but also glued the MES to ERP/MRPII and controls. At last, one instance is analyzed and realized by using the architecture.
