Design of Meeting Register System Based on RFID

研究和设计了一种基于射频识别(RFID)技术的会议报到系统。此系统利用RFID技术,可以实现对大中型会议的人员简单快速地自动签到和会议数据统计处理功能,从而大大提高了会议管理的工作效率。文中首先介绍了会议报到系统的基本功能和组成,然后对系统重要组成部分———RFID卡的天线进行设计、制作和测试,最后实现以Delphi6.0为开发平台、利用串口通信和Access数据库的可视化控制管理软件。

A meeting register system based on the radio frequency identification （RFID） technology is introduced. The system could register rapidly and automatically in a large meeting, and deal with statistics of the meeting information data. Therefore it could greatly improve the efficiency of the meeting management.The paper firstly makes a brief introduction of the basis function and constitutes of the meeting register system,then tries to design and make the RFID card. Finally it works out the control and manage software to realize the whole function of the system with Delphi 6. O, and the port communication widget and access database.
