神经干细胞增殖与分化调控的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 神经干细胞(NSCs)是具有自我更新及多种分化潜能的细胞,具有广阔的临床应用前景。对NSCs增殖与分化的研究是应用NSCs的基础,其增殖分化受细胞因子、细胞外基质和神经传递素等多种因素影响。本文就目前对NSCs增殖分化调控的研究现状进行综述。
