摘要
利用TEM研究了Fe_3Al基合金超塑性变形过程中位错结构的变化。发现变形后晶内位错密度显著降低,且试样变形部位与柄部的泣错结构及密度有较大差异。位错滑动在Fe_3Al超塑性变形中起重要作用。
TEM has been employed to in vestigate the disloeation configuration of hot-rolled Fe_3Al alloy during superplastic deformation. It has been fou nd that dislocation density obviously decreaseS after suporplastic deformation a nd the dislocation configuration in the grip section is different from that in gage section of the tensile specimens. The normal glide dislocations play an important role in superplastic deformation in Fe_3Al alloy.
