互惠共生——市场经济条件下中小企业的战略选择

Symbiosis Model: the Strategic Choice of SMEs

借助博弈模型得出中小企业和大企业进行合作是双方的最优选择,但是在不成熟的市场经济条件下,中小企业和大企业以间歇式共生模式为主,不能达到互惠共生的双赢状态。针对这一问题,提出了加快市场经济体制建设的建议和措施,并提出了中小企业互惠共生模式的选择。

Based on the game theory, the paper pointed out that cooperation was the optimum choice both for SMEs and large enterprise. Under immature market economy, however, the symbiosis model is refer as interim symbiosis, not reciprocal symbiosis. To solve this issue, the paper presented certain suggestion and measurement to enhance the construction of market economy system and posed the symbiosis choice for SMEs and large enterprise as well.
