表面活性剂的结构、性能及其对猪皮的脱脂效果

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETwEEN STRUCTURE PROPERTIES AND DEGREASING POWER TO PIGSKIN OF SURFACE ACTIVE AGENTS

系统地比较了十六种不同结构类型的表面活性剂水溶液在相同条件下的表面张力、乳化性、渗透性、对固态猪油表面的接触角、对鲜猪皮的脱脂性能，估算了ＨＬＢ值范围，初步探明表面活性剂的结构、性能与对猪皮脱脂效果之间的关系。

Abstract The surface tension,wetting power,emulsi-bility contact angle on lard surface,degreasingaction to pigskin of 16 kinds of SAA with differ-ent structure are svstematically studied.Accord-ing to the structure and solubility in water ofSAA,the HLB range is estimated.The relationship between structure,properties and degreasingpower to pigskin of surface active agents is ob-served.
