摘要
目的:研究活血益气汤活性部位的化学成分,阐明其产生抗肝纤维化作用的物质基础。方法:采用硅胶、SephadexLH20柱色谱分离,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从活血益气汤活性部位中分离并鉴定了14个化合物。结论:以上化合物为首次从该复方中分离得到,其中7,3′-二羟基5′-甲氧基异黄酮是B环为间位取代的异黄酮类化合物,为新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the active parts of Huoxue Yiqi Tang. Method: The silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 were used to isolate the compounds, E1 ,FAB-MS and 1D,2D-NMR were used to identify the obtained compounds. Result: 14 compounds were obtained from the prescription. Conclusion: They were all first time obtained from the prescription. Among them, 7, 3'-dihydroxyl-5'-methoxyisoflavone is new.
