摘要
应用单细胞凝胶电泳技术(SCGE)研究了SO2对小鼠不同脏器(脑、肺、肝、脾、肾、肠和睾丸)及血液淋巴细胞遗传物质—DNA的损伤作用.结果表明,SO2引起所有受试器官和血液淋巴细胞DNA损伤,且随SO2浓度增加,DNA损伤加剧,并呈明确的剂量-效应关系.随吸入SO2浓度增加,DNA受损伤的细胞数占总细胞数的比率增加,二者呈正相关.SO2是一种全身性DNA损伤因子.
The damage effects of sulfur dioxide (SO2) on DNA of blood lymphocytes and various organs (brain, lung, liver, spleen, kidney, intestine and testicle) from mice were studied with the single cell gel electrophoresis technique (SCGE, comet assay). SO2 caused significantly DNA damage in blood lymphocytes and all organs tested from both sexual mice in a dose-dependent manner. SO2 at different concentrations increased the frequencies of cells with damaged DNA in peripheral blood lymphocytes and cells from all organs tested of both sexual mice in a dose-dependent manner. SO2 is a systemic DNA damaging agent.
