摘要
介绍了就压电免疫生物传感器的基本构成、工作原理及其在细胞生长的监测、核酸杂交及微重量免疫检测、细菌及病毒的检验、气相分析等方面的应用和研究进展,并分析了压电免疫生物传感器存在的问题。
In this review, a general introduction to the basic constitution, working principle and unsolved problemson piezoelectric immunobiosensor is given. Recent progress and several applications are reported including cellgrowth detection, nucleic acid hybridization and microgravimetric immunoassay, bacterium and virus determina-tion, and gas phase analysis.
