级联生产线的可靠性分析

Reliability Analysis of Series Production Lines

本文用流平衡法建立级联生产线的可靠性模型，较好地解决了多级可修生产线的可靠性分析这一难题．理论结果和数值分析表明，流平衡法和文献［１］的等效工作站法有一致的结果．

In paper,the reliability model of transfer line with buffer is obtainined with the application of flow equilibrium. Thus, the difficulty of analysis of multi-stage repairable production lines is overcomed. Both theoretical and numeric calculations show that the flow equilibrium method can draw the same conclusion with the method in literature[ 1 ].
