摘要
染色体的银染法已在动物和人类细胞遗传学研究中得到了迅速发展和广泛应用,但植物染色体银染的报道却不多。10多年来银染法一直被认为是显示 NOR 的特异性染色法,而且由于它能在光镜下显现活性 rDNA 区而倍受重视。我们发现在一些麦类作物中并不存在这种特异性,银染法同样能显示大量的端粒带和着丝粒带。
In the rye,barley and wheat,besides the Ag-NORs,some other Ag-stained re- gions including the telomeres,the centromeres and the middle of arms have been found.The phenomenon that the rye and barley have their own Ag-staining pattern is first described in this paper.
