摘要
实验造成不完全性心肌缺血及再灌模型,观察其超微病理改变及磷酸肌酸对心肌的保护作用,电镜观察发现:对照组心肌细胞超微结构元明显变化;缺血组心肌细胞肌原纤维普遍出现收缩小带,并有较多巨大收缩带形成(收缩带性坏死),线粒体肿胀,基质颗粒明显增多增大;而治疗组心肌细胞超微病理改变较轻,提示磷酸肌酸对不完全性缺血及再灌心肌有一定的保护作用.
A model of incomplete ischemia and reperfusion mimic was made, which was similar tothe myocardial infarction in clinic in 8 isolated hearts of Wistar rat.The Ultrastructural altera-tion of the myocardium as well as the protective effect of phosphocreatine were observed.Under TEM, there were markedly ultrastructural alterations in the ischemic group suchas:widespreading small contraction-band and some giant contraction-band(contractionnecrosis )of the myofibrils,swollen mitochondria,increasing and augmenting of thematrical granules,etc.there were some very mild changes in the controlled group.Sophospho-creatine might have a certain protective effect.
