介绍了RG-1保护剂的特点及应用方式,重点论述了RG-1保护剂在加氢过程中对劣质蜡料脱色、脱金属、脱芳烃及抗干扰的能力.RG-1保护剂与主催化剂匹配技术,能使反应温度降低20℃而获得优质的食品级石蜡.通过对使用15个月的RG-1保护剂的活性评价,充分证明了RG-1保护剂的长期稳定性.
Features and application methods of the guard catalyst RG-1 were introduced. Emphasis was put on its capabilities of decoloration, demetallization, dearomatization and antidisturbance for inferior crude wax. By combiration of the guard and main catalysts, the reaction temperature can be reduced by 20℃ and food-grade wax can be obtained. The long-term stabili-ty of the guard catalyst RG-1 was fully proven by an activity evaluation for the guard which had been running for 15 months.
