中间型滋养细胞增生与病理分类关系

The relationship of intermediate trophoblastic proliferation and its pathologic classification

对５４例妊娠滋养细胞疾病标记增生意义的表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦＲ），ＰＣＮＡ及Ⅱ型类固醇激素受体和临床病理分析，重点探讨中间型滋养细胞以及胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤（ＰＳＴＴ），过度胎盘床疾病（ＥＰＳ）和胎盘小结／斑块（ＰＮ／ＰＰ）的生物学增生性质、各标记的临床病理表达特征和应用意义，并尝试分析所谓＂合体细胞宫内膜炎＂与ＥＰＳ和Ｐ８ＴＴ的定位关系。

cases of gestational trophoblast diseases(GTD) were determinated with proliferative markers of EGFR, PCNA, type Ⅱ steroids receptors in combination with clinicopathologic analysis, focusing to intermediate trophoblast diseases such as PSTT, EPS, PN/PP. The paper also surveyed the prolifertive characteristics of the GTD subclassification, clinicopathologic expression and its application about these markers, also including classification location between EPS, PSTT and syncytiendometritis.
