摘要
用热压的方法制备了Al2O3/莫来石(3/1)+15%ArO2十10%SiC四元复合材料。采用AEM和AEM-EDS等研究了材料的显微结构以及品界两侧金属元素的分布,确定了本材料晶界直接结合的三种形式。
The quarternary composite ceramic material with Al2O3/mullite(3/1)+ 15%ZrO2 + 10%SiC was made by hot pressing method. it's micrcotructure and the distributions of chemical compositions near the grain boundaries were studied by AEM and AEM-EDS. It is determined that there are three forms of the direct-bonding grain boundaries in this material.
